What is SEO Analyser and how does it work?
SEO Analyser is an online SEO platform that helps you evaluate and improve your website’s search performance. After creating an account, you add your website as a “project.” Our system crawls your site similarly to how search engines do, checks hundreds of technical and content factors, and then generates detailed reports with actionable recommendations to improve your SEO performance.
Is SEO Analyser suitable for beginners?
Yes. SEO Analyser is designed for all experience levels. You’ll find straightforward reports with explanations of issues detected and clear guidance on how to fix them. While basic understanding of SEO terms helps, you don’t need to be an expert to use the tool effectively.
What types of websites can be analysed?
SEO Analyser can audit virtually any site, blogs, eCommerce stores, corporate sites, and more. It works best for sites with multiple pages. Single-page websites or sites built with obsolete technologies (e.g., Flash) may not benefit as much from deep analysis.
What pricing plans are available?
SEO Analyser offers plans tailored to different needs, from small personal sites to agencies. Plans vary by the number of keywords tracked, backlinks analysed, frequency of crawls, and number of projects supported. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

How does billing work?
Billing happens either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription you choose. Annual plans typically include a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. You’ll be charged automatically on your renewal date unless you cancel beforehand.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies differ by plan and region. Generally, we offer a trial period where you can test SEO Analyser risk-free. If you have questions about refunds after purchase, contact support for help.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your SEO Analyser plan at any time from your account dashboard.
If you upgrade, the new features and limits become available immediately, and any price difference is calculated proportionally for the remainder of your billing cycle.

How do I create an account?
To start, click “Sign Up” on our homepage and enter your email address and password. You’ll receive a confirmation link, click it to verify your account and log in. After logging in, you can immediately add your first project.

Can I share access with team members?
Yes. SEO Analyser supports multi-user access for team collaboration. You can invite team members from your account settings and assign specific permissions such as viewer or editor roles.
- Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the changes take effect immediately. We'll prorate your billing and only charge you the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What if I forget my password?
Just click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter the email associated with your account, and we’ll send a secure link to reset it. Follow the instructions in the email to choose a new password.
