Delivering Our Services
To operate, maintain, and improve the SEO Analyser platform and to manage your user account. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Retained for the duration of your active subscription.
Customer Support
To respond to your support requests, resolve technical issues, and handle enquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retained for 5 years from our last interaction.
Payment Management
To process payments and notify you about subscription or billing matters. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Retained for up to 10 years as required by applicable law.
Newsletters & Updates
To send you product updates, blog posts, or newsletters you have subscribed to. Legal basis: consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. Data retained until you withdraw consent.
Product Improvement
To analyse usage patterns and improve our tools and user experience. Legal basis: consent (for analytics cookies) or legitimate interest (for product communications). Retained until consent is withdrawn.
Marketing & Advertising

Note on AI & ML: SEO Analyser does not use any personal data collected under this policy to train, develop, or improve generalised Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models.
05 · Data Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers & sub-processors vendors who help us deliver services (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics) and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal obligations when required to comply with a court order, law, or lawful government request, or to protect the rights and safety of SEO Analyser, our users, or others.
- With your consent for any other purpose where you have provided explicit consent.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment-related data independently and in accordance with its own privacy policy. We also use select analytics partners to help us understand how our services are used.
